about
Seattle, WA’s UN present their sophomore offering of melodic death, doom, and thunderously crushing cosmic soundscapes in the form of Sentiment. UN continues to delve into the somber, brooding realms of tragedy and isolation. A 53-minute monolith of existential doom, deeply exploring the romance and poetry of fragile human existence. The album serves as an emotional follow up to their 2015 debut release, The Tomb of All Things (Blackbow Records).
Produced by Dave Otero at Flatline Audio (Khemmis, Primitive Man, Cattle Decapitation) and accompanied by stunning artwork courtesy of Cauê Piloto, Sentiment brings forth the most beautiful of explorations in emotion and metal.

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
The first time I heard Un was at a live show in 2019 in Pittsburgh with Wormwitch opening. I was floored by the crushing atmosphere and beautiful arrangements. I was very excited when I found a copy of this on vinyl at the local record store in December 2023. And even more excited when I found the Bandcamp code still worked! 8/10 RJ
